I had a pretty enjoyable stay at this resort spa. The room was spacious, modern, and had a fantastic view of the fort, making it a great spot to relax. The service had its ups and downs; while some staff were super helpful, others seemed to be struggling a bit, likely due to being temporary staff. The dining was exceptional, and I appreciated the attention to dietary preferences, but I did experience some delays in service that were a bit frustrating. Overall, it offered good value for the amenities and the experience.

During my stay, I found the hotel quite charming with its historical ambiance, but the room I stayed in felt a bit too modern for the overall heritage vibe of Jaisalmer. The staff were courteous, although there were moments when it felt a bit unorganized, especially when they entered my room without knocking.
